One mailbox is available per lot owner.
If a mailbox hasn't been issued to a lot owner previously, there is a one-time cost of $250.
To request a box, please contact us directly.
As the US Postal Service is no longer providing a locksmith service, you are free to consult the locksmith of your choice for key duplication, re-keying, or other lock related issues.
The majority of our mailbox units are located on Donovan Drive near Clapp Rd. There is also one box located on Caryshea Dr in front of Guardian Security.
Mail theft is rampant in the Mat-Su.
We ask that you check your mail often and promptly report any non-urgent suspicious activity to us directly or call one of the following numbers:
